Hello

I’m Scott, a veteran, firefighter, and EMR , and a dad of four. I've been a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2003. 

I’ve spent my career in high-stress, shift-based work while raising a family. I know how hard it is to stay fit when your schedule isn’t predictable and your energy is limited.

My training programs are built for people who want to be strong, healthy, and present, without sacrificing their family or burning out.
 

This isn’t about extremes. It’s about consistency that works in real life.
