Service Description
This free consultation lasts one hour and occurs at the Terwilliger Recreation Centre in Edmonton. Expect to spend about 30 minutes talking about your fitness goals, your health concerns (if any), and getting to know Scott, and 30 minutes doing a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to assess mobility and a short work out. Bring your indoor shoes and water bottle with you. Scott will meet you at the Second Cup located inside the Terwilliger Recreation Centre (2051 Leger Rd NW, Edmonton, AB).
Cancellation Policy
FitDaddyYEG offers complimentary initial consultations, available in person or online, to discuss goals, fit, and next steps. Because these sessions are free, there are no penalties for cancellation or rescheduling. Clients are asked to provide at least 1 hour’s notice by email if they need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else. Thank you for respecting everyone’s time.
