All services start with a consultation
Service Description
This free consultation lasts one hour and occurs online via Zoom. Expect to spend about 30 minutes talking about your goals, health concerns (if any) and getting to know Scott and 30 minutes doing a short work out. Have a water bottle nearby and get ready to start putting your fitness goals into action.
Cancellation Policy
FitDaddyYEG offers complimentary initial consultations, available in person or online, to discuss goals, fit, and next steps. Because these sessions are free, there are no penalties for cancellation or rescheduling. Clients are asked to provide at least 1 hour’s notice by email if they need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else. Thank you for respecting everyone’s time.
