Cancellation Policy

FitDaddyYEG Monthly Training Subscription Terms & Conditions Services This subscription provides personal training services, delivered as individual or partner training, as selected at purchase. The number of sessions per week and per month is determined by the plan chosen. For partner training, the monthly fee covers two (2) clients training together in the same session. Sessions will be delivered in-person at an agreed upon location within City of Edmonton City Limits. Plans may also include nutrition coaching if selected as an add-on. Nutrition coaching is only available with a personal training plan. Billing & Auto-Renewal Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and are billed to the payment method on file on the original purchase date. By enrolling, the client(s) authorize FitDaddyYEG to process recurring payments unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with these terms. Cancellation Subscriptions may be canceled with at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date. Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice may result in one final charge. No refunds are provided for unused sessions or services. Session Use Sessions must be used within the active billing month. Unused sessions do not roll over and have no cash value. Scheduling is subject to availability. For partner training, partners must train together. If one partner cannot attend, the session is still considered used, whether one or both partners attend. Late Cancellations & No-Shows A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled late or missed without notice are forfeited and count as used. Pauses Temporary pauses may be granted for illness, injury, or extended travel at the discretion of FitDaddyYEG and must be approved in writing. Client Responsibility Client(s) confirm they are physically able to participate and agree to disclose relevant health information. Nutrition coaching is educational only and does not replace medical or dietetic advice. Liability FitDaddyYEG is not liable for injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation, except where required by law. Changes FitDaddyYEG may update these Terms & Conditions with reasonable notice. By purchasing, the client(s) acknowledge they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
