While many people are still suffering from COVID-19, and hundreds of thousands have sadly lost their lives, over three million have recovered(3,411,118 according to Worldometer at the time of this writing). But recovered doesn't mean back to normal. Many are struggling to regain lung capacity, muscle mass and still struggle with digestive symptoms.

I've been a fitness professional for the last 15 years. I've helped people recover from medical conditions, including rehabbing backs, necks, arms and legs, rebuilding muscle mass lost to dieseases like cancer, improve cholersterol and high blood pressure numbers and improve overall fitness and condition. Dietary and Gastrointestinal Concerns

I will show you the exercises you need to complete to build muscle mass. I'm not going to lie- this part takes work, and it means strength training.
